Qualified Psychology teacher with 25 years experience teaching in Sixth Form and FE Colleges.  Managed a successful Psychology Department and helped students achieve high grades and reach their full potential.  An experienced examiner having worked with a range of exam boards (AQA, CIE, Edexcel, IB and OCR) for the past 17 years.

Qualifications - BSc Honours degree in Psychology with Biology and a Masters (MSc) degree in Psychology. 

Experienced Head of Department and Teacher,  extremely familiar with exam board specifications and their assessment criteria. 

Vast knowledge of the content within Psychology A-Level and in-depth understanding of the assessment objectives (AO1, AO2 and AO3) which will help students maximise their grade.  Happy to provide support for any Psychology exam board specification (UK or International).  Revision materials available for free online but offers more exam focused resources through tuition lessons, to help students achieve a high grade. In addition to the 1:1 online sessions, extra support is available via marking and feedback packages with an emphasis on exam success.  

All of the tuition is carried out on a 1:1 basis via video or audio link, giving students an extensive personalised lesson. 

In addition to the weekly lessons, students have the chance to receive feedback on their exam skills and technique through an additional homework and marking packages. Many students take advantage of this during the exam period to build confidence and prepare for those final exams. Feedback from students illustrates it helps build their skills and ensures they are completing exam questions in line with the assessment objectives.
